Hello all my fantastic readers1 Today our teacher gave us some answers we had to answer, this is my opinions! :)
1. Do you think
the colonies had good reason to declare Independence? Why?
2. Should
one country be able to colonize another? When should a colony be granted
Independence?
3. The Bill
of Rights guarantees Americans "the right to bear arms". Many
Americans still feel this is important for personal safety and in case they
need to revolt against their own
government, They argue that the Minutemen and the local militias only won the
fight for Independence beacause they had firearms.
What do you
think?
Should
everyone have the right to bear arms? All kinds of arms?
4. If you
were to present your nation's history in the same way as above, which events
would you choose? Why?
1. My thoughts about this question is that they had a very good reason to declare independence, Every human being has the same rights and every human being is just as much worth as evereybody else.
2. No, one country should not be able to colonize another, When the colonists start to resist and use force and violence to get their indepence, its time to give them what they want. People should not be harmed because someone need to feel tha tthey have power to rule over others.
3. As long as the government have strickt rules for the sale of the guns, it okey. Many people needs guns to protect themselves, this is just the way the world is right now. But when thats said, it's not right to sell weapons to everyone, you can look on all of the tragic school shootings in the USA the past months as examples. When they sell weapons the don't know what the person they sell them to are going to use them for. My opinion is that the only should sell single shot guns, not fully automatic military graded weapons. It can make a huuuuge difference, bacause of the larger magazines and everything. Guns are dangerous!
4. The most important thing that has happened in Norwegian history, is the German invasion in World War 2. They wanted our heavy water that was produced on Vemork, Rjukan, Norway. They needed this water to start the research and production of an atomic weapon. When the Englishmen found out what the Germans was up to, they sent Norwegian volenteers to blow up the factory. They succeeded and prevented that the Germans could make the extremely dangerous weapon. Today this is one of the most important happenings during the World War 2.
